Contrary to mainstream Private Equity, Foreman solely invests its own capital resources. As such, interests are always fully aligned with management, our investment mandate is inherently flexible and effective decision-making is a given. Foreman prefers to invest in established businesses in NW-Europe in the area of Business Services, Industrials and Trading with an EBITDA of € 3-20 million.
