Prism Investment Fund

Prism Investment Management B.V. manages the Prism Investment Fund. The Prism Investment Fund is an exclusive-access fund. It is a continuation of the Deep Value strategy that Martin was running at Hof Hoorneman Bankiers. The Fund focuses on significant undervaluation in every segment of the capital structure (e.g. equity, debt, claims). The majority of investments of the mandate consists of distressed debt and equity in smaller companies. The aim is to generate extraordinary long-term returns regardless of liquidity. Most of the investments will be contrarian by definition and will take advantage of the difference between perceived risk and actual risk.
